Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to become a cornerstone of our Customer Experience (CX) analytics team. In this remote role, you will act as the data authority for a high‑impact CX initiative, translating complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations that drive business decisions, improve customer sentiment, and justify investment in experience‑enhancing programs. You will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including product managers, UX designers, engineers, and senior leadership—to build robust reporting frameworks, develop advanced dashboards, and help architect the next generation of arenaxflex’s CX data platform.
