**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Senior Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, and you'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Moderate work experience within own function
* Some work is completed without established procedures
* Basic tasks are completed without review by others
* Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks
* Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
* Ensure accurate and efficient data entry
* Work closely with our team to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years of age OR older
* 1 year of experience working in customer service
* Experience with AS400
* Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on the business need (during open enrollment period, October - February)
**Telecommuting Requirements**
* Reside within the state of TX
* Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
* Must live in a location that can receive a arenaflex approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
