About the Opportunity

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at careerzynith, you'll become an integral part of our Global Partnerships organization, dedicated to unlocking new opportunities with our partners and driving their business growth through our innovative publisher advertising platforms and solutions. The Global Partnerships team collaborates with thousands of partners to deliver the best of careerzynith to drive their success while supporting careerzynith's own Product teams with strategic partnerships that enhance user experiences across advertising, search, platforms, and more. You'll help create product enabling organizations, go-to-market strategies, and foster business growth for various careerzynith solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to business clients through optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Maintain exceptional service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, timeliness, and efficiency targets
• Support performance improvement and advancement for careerzynith's automated advertising platforms and solutions
• Deliver expert consultation and technical support to a global publisher team
• Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing platform performance
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal processes and client-facing materials
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improving platform performance

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar role
