Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has earned us a loyal following, and we're constantly striving to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of space management. **Job Description** We're seeking a seasoned marketing analytics professional to lead our efforts in transforming disparate data sources into actionable insights that inform strategy and drive performance. As the Senior Director of Customer and Marketing Analytics, you'll have the opportunity to create a new Analytics function within the Growth Marketing team, providing oversight and support across the Relationship Marketing (CRM), Digital Marketing, Customer Care, and Web teams. **Key Responsibilities** As the Senior Director of Customer and Marketing Analytics, you'll be responsible for: * Modernizing our approach to telemetry by integrating diverse data sources into a cohesive framework that becomes a key springboard for decision-making and action. * Developing and implementing an advanced analytics roadmap and strategy. * Defining and monitoring customer and marketing KPIs. * Partnering with leadership to design and deliver performance dashboards for executive and operational decision-making. * Evaluating and implementing analytics tools, partners, and models that support the company's unique structure, which includes franchise and corporate-owned locations. * Developing testing roadmaps in partnership with channel leaders. * Supporting corporate data governance efforts on behalf of the Growth team. * Providing thought leadership to the organization on privacy and cookie consent management. * Evaluating our tracking capabilities, inclusive of our tag management approaches, providing continuous monitoring and optimization. * Managing 3rd party CRM system vendor from a data integrity and system standpoint in collaboration with tech partners and CRM team. * Collaborating across levels and functions within the Growth, Tech, Operations, Solutions, and Brand teams. * Serving as the data & analytics evangelist for the knowledge, benefits, and opportunities this department can unlock for the business. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 15+ years of marketing analytics and customer insights experience. * Strong problem-solving skills with a record of transforming data sets into actionable insights and outcomes. * Proven expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, performance dashboard building, and KPI development/alignment. * Advanced knowledge of SQL, Marketing Analytics, and Business Intelligence tools required (Salesforce, Tableau, Sugar, GA4, and Alteryx experience a plus). * Deep experience with tagging tools and partners (GTM, Tealium, etc.). * Demonstrated performance across corporate and franchise business models a plus. * Ability to evaluate and implement responsive solutions to meet business needs. * Effective communicator, able to turn complicated data sets into inspiring insights within both small and large group settings. * Track record of building strong cross-functional partnerships and developing teams. * Occasional travel necessary for in-person meetings with partners and operators. * Servant leader mindset required. **Why Join arenaflex?** As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to: * Work with a talented and dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers. * Contribute to the development of innovative and effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities. * Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions that inform decision-making and drive performance. * Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. **What We Offer** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * A salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training, mentorship, and career advancement. * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. * A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a workplace culture that values and respects all employees. **How to Apply** If you're a seasoned marketing analytics professional with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
