Position Overview – Director, Partner & Customer Service (Remote)
careerzynith is seeking a visionary leader to steer the strategy, planning, and execution of our worldwide partner and customer service ecosystem. This senior role will own the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑disciplinary contact‑center functions, overseeing both in‑house and outsourced operations. Key Responsibilities
