Senior Director, Private Aviation Solutions

Job Description: • Proactively follow up on inbound leads to efficiently qualify or disqualify marketing-generated prospects. • Engage with potential clients from the existing database through targeted outbound efforts, including phone calls, texts, emails, and social media outreach. • Transform qualified leads into valuable client accounts, nurturing relationships to ensure retention and growth. • Upsell existing programs to drive larger purchases and cross-sell clients into other offerings, such as charters or jet card memberships. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with private jet operators to expand product knowledge and ensure access to a diverse range of aircraft, creating tailored solutions for clients. • Work closely with sales leadership, flight operations, central sourcing, and finance teams to deliver seamless services that meet the highest standards of client expectations. • Maintain meticulous records of all prospecting activities in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency across client interactions. • Deliver weekly updates on prospecting efforts and pipeline health to track progress and align with sales goals. • Represent Magellan Jets by attending industry and community events to build a robust professional network and strengthen the company’s presence locally and beyond. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in private aviation sales or 10+ years in consultative B2C/B2B sales targeting high-net-worth or corporate clients. • Strong understanding of private aviation programs, including jet cards, on-demand charter, and aircraft categories. • Solid grasp of sales cycle management, client retention strategies, and revenue growth principles. • Knowledge of luxury services, hospitality, or high-touch client environments • Awareness of industry trends, pricing structures, and market dynamics in private aviation.
