The primary objectives and responsibilities of the role include:
- ARR Reporting Ownership: Own end-to-end Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Accounting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of ARR data across systems.
- Drivers Analysis: Analyze key drivers of ARR performance (new logo, expansion, contraction, churn, and FX impacts) and clearly communicate trends versus plan and prior periods.
- Model Enhancement: Maintain and enhance ARR models and reporting tools to drive reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- ERP Optimization: Leverage NetSuite and other key data sources to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies across ARR reporting, financials, and operational metrics.
- Stakeholder Deliverables: Build and maintain high-quality reporting packages for internal leadership, board members, and private equity partners with clear, actionable insights.
What you’ll bring to the table:

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A or financial reporting.
- Strong advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a multinational environment.
- PowerBI or advanced data visualization tool skills.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
