**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Framework Specialist (Data Center) to join our team. As a key member of our Primary Facilitating Conditions (FHE) group, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex infrastructure systems that support our business operations. You will work closely with our Server farm Site Supervisor and other stakeholders to ensure that our data centers are running smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, build, and maintain complex infrastructure systems, including server farms, data centers, and network infrastructure
* Lead or participate in high-level technical discussions related to infrastructure and business operations
* Develop and implement site-specific tasks strategies, principles, and rules in collaboration with the Corporate Properties Group and other site management partners
* Foster a long-term plan to identify and resolve issues and prevent them from recurring
* Direct the daily risk and control stream of tasks, focusing on approaches, techniques, and work guidelines to ensure a positive outcome
* Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, partners, and administrators to resolve issues and achieve objectives
* Provide guidance or direction to less experienced staff involved in a team of server farm engineers covering 7 x 24 x 365+ dealing with the actual server farm equipment and Layer 1 cabling changes
* Manage the booking of establishments, decommissions, research, and investigating of equipment and environmental events connected with server farm accessibility
* Develop and execute risk remediation plans to mitigate potential threats to our infrastructure and business operations
**Required Capabilities**
* 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Designing and Arrangements, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* 4+ years of experience in server farm operations
* Strong understanding of server, storage, compute, and network equipment
* Experience with Layer 1 Framework Plan
* Broad knowledge of server farm activities (space, power, cooling, and network)
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN advancements to perform FQDN generation and tasks
* Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the business and technical associations, including management
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience supporting infrastructure at an enterprise level
* Strong understanding of cloud security, secrets management, and key rotation
* Experience with Agile development practices
* Strong knowledge of server farm management tools and technologies
* Experience with data center infrastructure management systems
