Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization in **Boston, Massachusetts, US**, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on talent management. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office engagement and remote flexibility, providing the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, exceptional influencing skills, and a passion for cultivating a high-performing workforce. Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives and talent needs. Lead and manage talent management processes, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR policies. Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. Conduct organizational design assessments and facilitate change management processes. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate employee relations investigations and resolutions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within assigned business units. Stay current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices remain compliant. Develop and deliver HR training programs to managers and employees. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant focus on HR Business Partnering and Talent Management. Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders. Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development strategies. Excellent knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience working in a hybrid work environment is beneficial. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
