As a Senior IT Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain automation solutions that reduce manual IT overhead, improve system reliability, and enforce compliance across the enterprise SaaS and application ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in IT Engineering, IT Apps Development, or a closely related discipline
- Programming Proficiency: Proficient in Python or an equivalent modern scripting/programming language used for automation and backend logic
- API Fluency: Strong working experience with REST APIs; ability to evaluate API documentation and build reliable integrations independently
- SaaS Platform Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with administering and automating major enterprise SaaS platforms
- IAM Fundamentals: Working knowledge of identity lifecycle management, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC concepts
- Database Skills: Comfort querying and managing relational databases
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with SOC 2 or HIPAA requirements as they relate to IT controls and access management
