About the RoleAs we scale our go-to-market strategy, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to build the next phase of our enterprise sales function while directly managing and developing a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives (AEs). This team is focused on penetrating and expanding within large dental groups (10–80 locations), using a dual sales motion that blends top-down executive engagement with practice-level wins.
This role is equal parts strategic builder and frontline leader—you'll architect the systems, workflows, and processes that power our enterprise engine, while owning team performance, coaching reps, and ensuring we consistently hit revenue targets. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to shape our strategy, drive accountability, and scale repeatable success across the team.
Build and lead a team of Enterprise AEs responsible for net-new business and expansion across multi-site dental organizations
Build and refine sales infrastructure for the enterprise segment—developing playbooks, enablement programs, and tooling to support team scale and efficiency
Shape go-to-market strategy by collaborating with cross-functional leaders to refine segmentation, define account coverage models, and align top-down and bottom-up motions
Drive results through others, leveraging dashboards and operational plans to track progress, coach to leading indicators, and escalate blockers proactively
Engage as a strategic leader, providing high-quality insights into pipeline health, sales execution, and market dynamics for executive-level planning
Champion cross-functional collaboration, identifying interdependencies with marketing, product, and customer success to accelerate enterprise momentum
Act as a player-coach on high-value opportunities when needed, modeling strong deal strategy and multithreaded stakeholder engagement
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years directly managing quota-carrying Enterprise or Mid-Market sales teams in a high-growth environment
Proven ability to design and scale sales processes, not just operate within them—especially for complex or consultative motions
Track record of hiring and developing top-tier sales talent, creating clarity, accountability, and sustained performanceStrong operational discipline—CRM fluency (Salesforce), forecasting accuracy, and sales ops alignment are second nature
Ability to thrive in ambiguity while delivering structure and results; known for driving clarity and execution even in evolving environments
Familiarity with the dental industry, healthcare, or multi-site B2B selling
Experience managing a dual-motion sales model (top-down enterprise + bottoms-up regional/practice-level)
Bonus Points ForExperience managing teams selling into dental, healthcare, or multi-site businesses
Familiarity with land-and-expand or dual motion (top-down + bottom-up) sales strategies
Past experience at a marketplace or platform company
