Role Overview – Manager, Startup Customer Success (AMER)

As the Manager of Startup Customer Success for the Americas, you will lead a high‑performing team of ten+ Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who are the trusted advisors for careerzynith’s early‑stage customers. These founders and hiring teams are often navigating uncharted territory—learning how to use our platform while simultaneously building sustainable recruiting habits. Your mission is to guide them through this journey with a blend of scalable onboarding, proactive enablement, and thoughtful human interaction.
