Role Overview
careerzynith is seeking a highly skilled Denial Management, Pre‑Registration, Authorization, and PFCC Specialist who will also serve as a Customer Experience Trainer and Quality Assurance Lead for our medical billing department. This dual‑focused role is 100 % remote and is responsible for guiding new and existing team members through the intricacies of end‑to‑end revenue cycle management (RCM), while ensuring that all billing transactions meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
