About The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and strengthening a therapy‑led reablement service, aligned with national best practice. Working at the heart of the service, you will support Reablement Managers to enhance the therapeutic offer, helping to design, implement and embed meaningful improvements that deliver real outcomes for individuals. Salary: £42,839 to £44,075 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Carlisle Contract: Permanent Responsibilities You will take a leadership role within a dynamic change environment, using your skills and experience to drive service development, oversee agreed improvement actions and evidence the impact of change. This role offers genuine scope to influence practice, inspire teams and create lasting improvements alongside managers and frontline staff. A strong focus will be placed on developing graded, therapy‑led programmes that promote independence, maximise individual strengths and improve quality of life, supporting prevention and long‑term wellbeing.
