Role Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Senior Pricing Analyst located in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Pricing Director the Senior Pricing Analyst will be in charge of generating new business guides and customers as a result and increasing revenue by expanding upon goods and services produced and provided for existing customers.
- Build, test, and maintain pricing logic and formulas to support structured, scalable quote generation.
- Develop internal pricing models that incorporate cost elements, margin targets, and discount guidelines.
- Support the development and automation of quoting tools and internal pricing systems.
- Work with Sales Operations to standardize internal pricing workflows and optimize cost down with Supply Chain.
- Collect and consolidate pricing-related data from Sales, SCM, Finance, and Operations.
- Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a centralized Cost and Pricing Book.
- Prepare internal reports for price realization, quote activity, and margin analysis.
- Regularly review cost, price, and margin data on a monthly basis and provide internal recommendations for appropriate pricing adjustments.
- Ensure all pricing structures follow internal compliance, approval flows, and audit traceability.
- Monitor ERP data related to cost and pricing to ensure consistency across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pricing, quotation, or cost accounting, with a strong understanding of operational and financial workflows.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex pricing and cost structures.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in pricing formulas, calculations, and system logic.
- Demonstrates strong ownership of data accuracy, pricing logic, and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large datasets using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Effective collaborator with Sales, SCM, Finance, and Operations; high emotional intelligence and strong influencing skills to secure cross-functional buy-in for pricing proposals and strategic recommendations.
- Experience working with cost models, BOMs, and margin-based pricing frameworks.
- Skilled in developing and troubleshooting complex Excel formulas and automation logic.
- Available to travel.
