Job Title: Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain Management (Compliance Analyst) Job Code: 36614 Job Location: Remote in Camden, AR or Huntsville, AL Job Schedule: 4/10 (Camden), 9/80 (HSV) Job Description: <div>We are seeking a Supply Chain Management (Compliance Analyst) to oversee purchase order file reviews, develop training resources, and implement value-added process improvements. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities within a structured corporate environment and has experience as a purchasing agent procuring commodities for government contracts.</div> <div> </div> <div>Your primary objective will be ensuring full compliance with L3Harris policies, as well as FAR and DFARS requirements for defense and aerospace contracts. You must also have a strong understanding of the documentation necessary to issue compliant purchase orders</div> Essential Functions: <ul type="disc"> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Conduct internal audits of purchasing processes and documentation to ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other relevant regulations.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Prepare and manage customer flow-down documents to communicate terms and conditions to suppliers.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Maintain accurate procurement records in the company’s ERP system, ensuring documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory standards.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Compliance Analyst will manage internal audits, develop corrective action plans, and maintain accurate procurement records to uphold procurement regulatory standards.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Regularly review and update company command media policies and procedures to reflect changes in procurement regulations and standards.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Work with Contracts and buyers to support identifying custom contract flow-down clauses and ensure their storage in the Oracle ERP system for buyer use.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Provide training and guidance to procurement staff on compliance-related matters to foster a culture of compliance.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency in implement procurement best practices and industry standards in procurement compliance to support organizational goals.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance and procurement activities.</li> </ul> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant compliance experience; or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related compliance experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant compliance experience.</li> </ul> Preferred Additional Skills: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Understanding of government contract and procurement principles, including the ability to research regulatory requirements.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Knowledge of government contract and procurement principles, especially those contained in FAR, DFARS, NASA FAR Supplement (NFS), and the ability to research regulatory requirements of customer contracts.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Analytical skills and comfort with using Microsoft Office for developing analysis tools, tabulating data, and creating complex data sets.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Personal commitment to internal and external compliance and audit actions.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Previous experience in firms supporting government contracts/subcontracts are highly desirable.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, particularly Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) purchasing modules, including terms and conditions and supplier information.</li> </ul> In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $84,000 - $156,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $73,000 - $135,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
