Your Job
Lead the strategic development of Sparteo's auction product, ensuring its alignment with market trends, user needs, and company objectives. This role requires an emphasis on innovation, scalability, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver a high-performance solution.
To specify :

Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the auction product.
- Identify and act on market trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps to enhance product positioning.

Product Development
- Translate high-level strategy into detailed feature sets and actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and oversee development cycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align the auction product with client expectations and Sparteo’s broader goals.
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring
- Establish and track KPIs for product performance, iterating on feedback and data.
- Conduct regular market analysis to keep the product competitive and innovative.

- 5+ years in product management, preferably in ad-tech or programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex digital products.
