Technical & Integration Experience • Experience working with integrations (APIs, data mapping, payroll/ERP systems). • Strong collaboration with Engineering and QA teams in a delivery-focused environment. Communication • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to work directly with customers and translate needs into clear product solutions. Core Competencies • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously (bugs, enhancements, reporting, integrations). • Comfort operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with urgency and accountability. • Strong problem-solving mindset focused on real user needs vs. “shiny features.” • High level of ownership—this role operates with significant autonomy. What Will Set You Apart • Direct experience working with construction software platforms (payroll/compliance systems). • Experience with companies like Trimble, Foundation Software, Construct 365, or similar. • Experience in regulated environments requiring accuracy, auditability, and compliance. • Background working closely with payroll teams, finance departments, or compliance teams.
