POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Project Manager drives internal projects of many sizes and complexities to help meet organizational goals.
Roles:
Drive project management execution using established best practices to facilitate the business meeting organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Guides, mentors, and evaluates internal project team performance within project guidelines
Creates and executes Project plans and revises appropriately to meet changing requirements and needs
Plans and schedules Project timelines and milestones using standard project management tools.
Communicates milestones, timelines, and obstacles throughout the organization • Manages day-to-day operational and tactical activities of a Project
Defines the need of resources and works to obtain the needed resources to ensure project completion
Able to balance priorities and resources to achieve organizational and individual goals
Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Shows ability to learn new tools and processes
Ability to hold the team accountable for hitting deadlines
Evaluates and reports project outcomes or concerns
Ensures follow-up with team members to continue to drive projects
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
5-7 years of Project Management Experience
Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-functioning environment and meet deadlines while managing multiple high-priorities
Solution-oriented and effective at resolving conflicts among teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking capabilities
Comfortable processing information and making decisions quickly
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
·Bachelor's, MBA in health care or relevant field, PMP or equivalent experience preferred
Work Environment:
Ability to sit at a desk, utilize a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment is required. This role is designed to be a remote position (work-from-home).
