Senior Property and Causality Auditor

Key Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for a Senior Property & Casualty Auditor. Davies's Property and Casualty Audit Solutions division conducts approximately 300 audits annually, covering various types of audits within the Property & Casualty industry, including claim audits, underwriting file reviews, TPA audits, Cover holder MGA/carrier audits, reinsurance audits, premium audits, and compliance audits.
As the Senior Property & Casualty Auditor, you will be responsible for developing customized audit plans
tailored to client's needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized auditing experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct complex and high-level audit
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Independently perform comprehensive audits across different areas of property and casualty insurance, including claims, underwriting, and compliance
• Develop individualized audit plans tailored to meet the specific objectives and preferences of each client
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations

This is a full-time, home-based position that may require some travel.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Bachelor's degree preferred (associate or bachelor's degree acceptable) or a combination of education and experience
• Technical underwriting experience required
• 10 years of multiline Property & Casualty claims experience preferred
• 5 years of Property & Casualty claims auditing experience desired
• Experience with the London market is a plus
• Independently perform detailed claim audits
• Assist lead auditors on complex, high-level audit assignments to gain experience and develop skills
• Draft accurate and comprehensive audit reports
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels
• Some travel required
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and underwriting processes
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both independently and within a team
