We are seeking an outstanding Quality Assurance Manager – Virtual Testing to spearhead the development of high‑fidelity virtual platforms that enable end‑to‑end validation of complex mechatronic systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive simulation and Hardware‑In‑the‑Loop (HIL) environments that replicate real‑world software, hardware, and material interactions at full scale.
- Develop virtual test plans that validate system‑level requirements, ensuring products are ready for operation, maintenance, deployment, and integration with material handling equipment (MHE).
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality standards, performance thresholds, and acceptance criteria for hardware automation, control software, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate the synchronization of virtual and physical testing activities with the QA Manual Testing and Requirements team to create a seamless validation pipeline.
