Compensation: $60k–$80k base + competitive commission structure

Position Overview
Green Key Resources is seeking a Recruiting Account Manager (360) to join our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This role is a hybrid of account management and recruiting, focused on building strong client partnerships while delivering top talent for construction management requisitions. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
• Full-cycle recruiting of permanent commercial construction professionals, including Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, and related roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications for AEC resumes to match client needs.
• Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
• Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals.

Qualifications
• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum 2 years of commercial construction recruiting experience and 2 years of account management or business development experience
• Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment with a drive to exceed goals
• Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) zone
