Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who can own backend and web development while driving automation across Zoho products. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, build scalable services, and mentor junior developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers independently, and enjoys turning messy operational problems into elegant systems.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with Zoho products OR proven ability to learn and ship quickly in similar low-code ecosystems.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in client or business-facing conversations.
  • Ability to work EST hours (5am–2pm EST) consistently.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in SaaS automation, fintech, accounting workflows, or operational tooling.
  • Experience with Zoho suite of applications

Work Setup

  • Remote (BYOD): You must have a personal laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
  • Timezone: EST working hours required.
  • Fast-moving, ownership-heavy environment with high autonomy.
