Job Summary

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic talent sourcing initiatives to build robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across the organization. This role leads the sourcing function, drives market intelligence, employer branding partnerships, talent mapping, and proactive candidate engagement while continuously improving sourcing strategies, tools, and processes. The Sourcing Manager partners closely with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure a sustainable pipeline of high-quality talent aligned with current and future workforce needs.
