Senior System Administrator, Logistics

Why we're looking for you Our hardware fulfillment is scaling 3x year-over-year. We need a systems leader to evaluate, implement, and own our next-generation logistics infrastructure: a WMS (Fishbowl, Cin7, Blue Yonder) integrated with ERP and deeply connected to Salesforce. You'll architect the solution, build the integrations, and drive adoption. The impact you'll have • Own WMS/ERP implementation from configuration through go-live • Architect deep Salesforce integrations maintaining customer-facing visibility • Design multi-system data flows across warehouse, finance, CRM • Optimize order management, RMA, inventory, and procurement workflows • Partner with Finance on asset tracking and reconciliation • Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management • Future-proof logistics operations for 3-5x growth trajectory Who you'll work with • Reports to: Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Success • Logistics leadership for warehouse operations and fulfillment strategy • Finance for asset management, depreciation tracking, and GL integration • RevOps/Salesforce development team for integration design and implementation • IT/Data Engineering for infrastructure, security, and data architecture • Customer-facing teams (Sales, Support, CS) as stakeholders and end users What we're looking for • 5+ years implementing WMS and ERP systems with deep Salesforce integrations • Experience with hardware fulfillment or physical product operations (e-commerce, DTC, hardware SaaS) • Fulfillment domain knowledge: order management, multi-warehouse inventory, RMA processes, procurement workflows • Hands-on experience implementing WMS platforms (Fishbowl, Cin7, Blue Yonder, ShipHero, Extensiv) • ERP systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) • Strong Salesforce admin skills and custom development knowledge • Deep integration knowledge (APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms) • Cross-functional collaboration translating technical into business value • Pragmatic execution: balance speed with quality, ship MVPs, own problems end-to-end • High-growth startup experience preferred Pay and benefits • The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 USD plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package.
