Role Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Clinical, you will provide expert guidance to leaders on clinical hiring strategy, workforce planning, and market-informed decision-making. You will serve as a clinical recruiting SME, advising on role alignment, licensure, experience, and care delivery needs. You will partner with leadership and stakeholders to shape workforce strategies, compensation approaches, and agency utilization based on market dynamics and growth goals.

What You Will Do

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for complex clinical roles, drive sourcing, engagement, offer strategy, and successful hiring outcomes in competitive markets. You will build and maintain proactive pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies, market mapping, and relationship management to support long-term hiring needs.
