We’re on the hunt for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to build high-performance GTM and G&A teams with deep experience in performance marketing, growth/brand marketing, and sales.
You’ll be the engine behind bringing in the talent that fuels our growth. This role calls for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution - crafting hiring plans, sourcing top talent, and creating a candidate experience that stands out.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
The impact you will have
• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM & G&A roles, with a specialty in Marketing and Sales talent.
• Recruit and build high-performing, scalable teams that directly increase our talent density.
• Partner with leaders to set and hit ambitious hiring goals.
• Spot bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement smart solutions quickly.
• Deliver a candidate experience that leaves every applicant impressed.
• Balance high-volume interviews with laser-focused sourcing strategies.
Who you’ll work with
• GTM and G&A leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs.
• Talent Coordination, HR and People Ops partners to align on candidate scheduling, process and onboarding.
• A collaborative and enthusiastic TA team that shares best practices and raises the bar together.
✅ What we’re looking for
• 8+ years of recruiting experience (mix of agency + in-house strongly preferred).
• Proven success in building GTM & G&A teams, with expertise in sourcing candidates for performance marketing, growth/brand marketing (this is non-negotiable).
• Background in a performance marketing agency specializing in growth = big plus.
• Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing high-volume pipelines and recruiter activity (30+ calls a week).
• Operationally sharp - able to diagnose bottlenecks, build process for yourself and teams and move quickly to execute and adopt.
• Trusted partner to Talent Coordination, Hiring Managers, HR, and People Ops with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experiments with AI and emerging recruiting tools to increase speed, efficiency, and quality across sourcing, process, and workflows.
• Obsessed with delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
• Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and loves building culture through hiring.
Pay and benefits
• The estimated starting base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location. The offer also includes a generous pre-IPO equity package.
