Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Voice‑of‑Customer Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our large‑scale data platforms that power the VoC analytics ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product owners, business analysts, and the Agile delivery team to gather, refine, and prioritize VoC data requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain a resilient data architecture on the careerzynith Cornerstone platform, supporting both batch and real‑time analytics pipelines.
- Develop and optimize data models, schemas, and ETL processes using Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Spark, PySpark, and Python to ensure high‑quality, reliable data ingestion from survey tools and live chat systems.
- Implement robust data validation, testing, and monitoring frameworks to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with the Qualtrics integration team (renamed careerzynith) to streamline survey data flows, enhance metadata management, and improve overall data latency.
- Lead the creation of self‑service analytics dashboards and reporting solutions that empower business stakeholders to explore VoC insights without reliance on IT.
- Drive automation of repetitive data engineering tasks, leveraging shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on data engineering experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools (Hive, Spark, HDFS) and Python/PySpark.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
