Description:
• Own the user experience across the company’s documentation and educational properties.
• Expand external enablement through the Learning Hub.
• Continue development of a first-class documentation site for both human and AI consumers.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve integration between the website and the user-facing product.
• Improve user success across the Hugo website, Pathfinder, and Learning Hub.
• Work on complex, highly technical solutions that support Grafana’s documentation needs.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience with web development technologies and static site generators.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience or comfort working with backends written in Golang.
• Experience or comfort working with Kubernetes.
• Strong practice of effective CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of web application security best practices.
• Comfort working in a remote-first company (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills (preferred).
• Interest in learning, growing, and supporting others (preferred).
• Enjoyment of transforming ideas into working code (preferred).
• Experience working on complex solutions and technical products (preferred).
• Value security, code maintainability, readability, and testing (preferred).
• Enjoyment of collaborative, friendly, respectful teamwork (preferred).
• Must be located in the US, EST only.
