Role Overview

This is a US based remote position that will support the West Region of Hiller. The Service Invoicing Coordinator will work a full time schedule within the hours of 7 am - 5 pm Pacific time to support offices in the Mountain and Pacific time zones.

What You Will Do

The Service Invoicing Coordinator will be responsible for financial data entry and/or billing, using MS Office and JD Edwards Enterprise One or similar program. They will also be responsible for defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED, 1+ years’ experience in financial data entry and/or billing, and excellent written and spoken English language skills. They will also have strong math skills, problem solving, and documentation skills.
