Sexual Harassment Prevention Trainer (Consultant/Contract)

Key Responsibilities
• Customized Delivery:
Facilitate engaging, live virtual training sessions tailored to the high-stakes environment of a US Hedge Fund/Finance firm.
• Compliance Alignment:
Ensure all content meets or exceeds federal (EEOC) and state-specific mandates (including
New York State/NYC, California SB1343, and Connecticut
requirements where applicable).
• Tiered Training:
Deliver distinct modules for:
• Nonsupervisory Staff:
Focusing on definitions, bystander intervention, and reporting.
• Supervisory/Management:
Focusing on liability, proactive prevention, and legal obligations in handling complaints.
• Industry Context:
Use relevant, finance-industry case studies (e.g., office conduct, client entertainment, off-site events, and "bro-culture" mitigation).
• Interactive Assessment:
Incorporate real-time Q&A, knowledge checks, and interactive scenarios to satisfy "interactive training" legal definitions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience:
5+ years of experience in corporate HR compliance or legal training, specifically within the
Financial Services, Private Equity, or Hedge Fund
sectors.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
Deep understanding of Title VII, the MeToo movement’s impact on corporate law, and specific state-level training mandates.
• Virtual Mastery:
Proven ability to command a room via Zoom/Teams/Webex, ensuring high engagement even in a remote format.
• Tone:
Ability to strike the right balance between "legal compliance" and "cultural values"—avoiding "eye-roll" content in favor of sophisticated, practical advice.

• Format:
100% Online / Remote.
• Timeline:
Will share the details shortly.
• Audience Size:
