Job Description:
• Responsible for reviewing and coordinating in-bound Site of Care referrals for infusion patients
• Support the Site of Care department by processing incoming referrals received from the precertification department
• Communicate with and support internal and external partners
• Review insurance benefits (both medical and pharmacy)
• Claim history review
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all referral requests in CRM
• Handle precertification vendor changes
• Communicate with physicians’ offices
• Assist with escalating issues to clinical and leadership team(s) as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows based environment
• Ability to follow directions, as well as multi-task
