About Primal Queen
Primal Queen is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer women’s wellness brand on a mission to help women feel strong, energized, and empowered through ancestral nutrition and education-first marketing.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own the day-to-day execution, growth, and community-building across Primal Queen’s organic social channels. This person will help turn our social presence into a true growth engine—building community, driving engagement, and creating content that educates, inspires, and converts.
You’ll work closely with leadership, creative, influencers, and our brand spokesperson to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Own
Social Strategy + Execution
Own and execute Primal Queen’s organic social media strategy across:
Instagram
TikTok
Facebook
Facebook Groups / Community
Emerging channels as needed
Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Publish content, manage posting cadence, optimize timing, and ensure consistency
Community + Engagement
Build a strong community around the brand by actively engaging with followers, customers, and ambassadors
Respond to comments, DMs, and community conversations in a brand-aligned voice
Help grow Primal Queen’s Facebook community and customer loyalty initiatives
Content Coordination
Work closely with Shana (brand spokesperson), creative team, UGC creators, influencers, and video editors
Coordinate content shoots, briefs, talking points, and content delivery timelines
Repurpose top-performing paid content into organic social strategies
Performance + Optimization
Track KPIs across engagement, growth, saves, shares, watch time, and community health
Identify trends, platform changes, and viral opportunities
Test new content angles, hooks, and formats based on audience behavior
Field + Event Support
Support live events, launches, activations, or travel-based content capture as needed
Help turn retail activations, founder moments, and customer stories into social content
What We’re Looking For
3+ years managing social media for DTC or eCommerce brands
Experience in women’s wellness, supplements, beauty, health, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
Strong understanding of what performs organically across TikTok, IG, and Meta
Excellent content instincts + understanding of audience psychology
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Experience managing communities is a major plus
