Rainbow Counselling is a growing virtual Psychotherapy clinic who is looking for highly compassionate, empathetic, and committed Psychotherapists and Social Workers to provide 2SLGBTQ+, neurodivergent affirming Therapy. We are seeking an Independent Contractor, offering a fee split. We value intersectional and trauma informed approaches to counselling. We are looking for practitioners who are trained in trauma treatment modalities. What you will bring: • MA / MACP / PsyD / MSW in a Social, Clinical, Counselling, etc. program • Registration as an MSW Social Worker OCSWSSW or as a RP, or RP (Qualifying) with the CRPO • Minimum 1 year experience providing psychotherapy (new graduates welcome to apply) • Strong interest in working with 2SLGBTQ+ community/family/friends of this community and strong knowledge of the population's specific needs from a mental health context • Knowledge and incorporation of anti-oppressive, anti-racist, intersectional approaches to counselling • Experience providing counselling/therapy to individuals (experience with couples, families, groups considered an asset) • Training in a Trauma Treatment modality EMDR, SE & IFS considered asset • Training in Couples/Family Counselling modalities if you work with couples (Gottman, EFT, Hakomi etc). • 10 hours weekly availability, with room to work up to 15-20/weekly What rainbowcounselling brings: • Administrative support that includes scheduling, billing, general administrative tasks • Associates will also benefit from the Rainbow Counselling website content marketing which hosts a high volume of web page visitors • Peer Group Learning Meetings (Quarterly) with like-minded clinicians with diverse experiences • Flexibility Opportunities to offer 1-to-1 work, with couples, groups, and offer client intensives • Monthly Group Consultation/Supervision opportunities with other therapists • Opportunity to collaborate with like-minded clinicians in a supportive and dynamic environment with team members who value work / life balance & mental health • Tiered Fee Split based on experience, training and years of experience • Fully electronic charting, scheduling, payments, and billing Benefits: • Full administrative and marketing support • Flexible schedule • Work from home • Opportunities for Peer Consultation & Supervision • Access to internal database of resources, pre-recorded trainings and past Peer Group Learning meetings Please complete the screening questions associated with this job posting on Indeed.
