Software Acceleration Associate, Entry Level Sales

Job Description: • Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities • Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies • Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics • Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience • Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework Requirements: • 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required) • Associate's degree or equivalent experience • Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels • Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline • Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role • Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations • A growth mindset and strong coachability • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time (should live local to the city on the job posting) • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision plans, plus a wellness program with added incentives • 401(k) savings plan with company match and employee stock purchase plan • Continuing education benefits with tuition assistance programs • Paid time off including holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and year-end close
