Are you an Account Executive who has closed $150k SaaS deals in the healthcare technology space? Have you thrived as a Software Sales Executive, closing complex deals with multi-provider practices, regional health networks, or hospitals? Are you an experienced AE who has built and managed a large pipeline with full-cycle deal ownership? If you are a software sales executive who has sold EHR, EMR, practice management, patient engagement, or other healthcare software into large healthcare accounts, you may be a fit for this high-growth AI-powered, PE-backed health-tech company. Backed by a growth equity focused PE firm, this remote-first company is both a pioneer and a continuous innovator in the therapy EHR & practice management space, With a massive investment in AI (via acquisition and new build) and a surge of new product launches and rave customer feedback, they are full-steam ahead on scaling sales. They need a few more upper mid-market sales executives to target named accounts and help achieve targets, against a commission plan that hugely incentivizes top performers and competitive wins . What You’ll Be Doing: • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close (large practices, regional hospital and health networks, etc) • Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers in a complex, multi-stakeholder software-as-a-service sale • Leverage Sales Engineers for tailored demos and technical discovery • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to iterate outreach and positioning • Some of these sales hires will require heavier travel - meeting in-person with accounts in your territory, others do not • Helping to drive revenue in a high-potential, high-reward environment Targeting Experience As/With: • Very strong experience closing healthcare-oriented SaaS deals with average deal sizes of $100k+ • Be comfortable and experienced with multi-stakeholder sales cycles (9–24 months) • Background in Medical SaaS - EMR, EHR, RCM, practice management software, etc • High ownership sales roles (named accounts) • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, startup-like environments (team under 400 employees) • Combination software + services sales experience is a plus • Experience selling into outpatient therapy, specialty care, or ambulatory/post-acute providers is a big plus • Strong consultative, solution-selling approach; experience with frameworks like MEDICC a plus What You’ll Get in Return: • Strong comp plan - base pay (100-120k) + an incredible commission structure that includes accelerators and spiffs (200-240k OTE) • Strong health benefits, maternity + paternity, 401k + match, and more • Phenomenal PTO policy that includes 11 holidays, your birthday, volunteer time, plus a company-wide break from Xmas to NYE! • Defined enterprise segment (Named accounts split across two reps) • Full support from a strong executive team including CEO and VP-level leadership • Opportunity to sell a rapidly modernizing, AI-powered product suite with high client satisfaction • Remote role with travel, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. • Join at a pivotal time and help shape the enterprise sales strategy from the ground up If you’re a software sales closer ready to bring a transformative product to the biggest therapy and healthcare organizations in the U.S., we’d love to meet you.
