We’re seeking an empathetic and performance-driven
Spanish Bilingual Support Representative
who is committed to representing brands with care, confidence, and professionalism.
Opportunity Details:
• Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Location: Remote – *United States
• Schedule: Flexible, self-scheduled

Compensation:
• Contractors invoice and receive payment for completed services
• Independent Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses
Requirements:
• Ability to work in a multi-carrier, non-captive environment
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Provide your own equipment, including a Windows operating PC (Macs, Chromebooks, tablets are not supported)
• Review the Liveops basic technology requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handling warm inbound calls from customers seeking solutions
• Navigating multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately
• Delivering professional, high-quality sales experience independently
