Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated SPANISH/ENGLISH Infant Nanny (21+ with 5+ years of hands-on experience) to provide exceptional, long-term care for a sweet infant boy (born December 27, 2025). This role is ideal for a passionate professional committed to nurturing, educating, and supporting early development in a structured, loving home.
The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of infant care, sleep routines, and early childhood development, while creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment. A positive attitude and energetic approach are essential to support the child’s growth and daily happiness.
Duties
• Provide full infant care: feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, and daily routines
• Support naps and gentle sleep training to establish healthy crib habits
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, emotional, and physical development
• Engage in enrichment activities such as reading, music, outdoor time, and social interaction
• Prepare bottles and maintain proper feeding schedules
• Perform light housekeeping related to the child (laundry, organization, toy sanitization)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized childcare environment
• Administer first aid if needed and respond calmly in emergencies
• Collaborate closely with work-from-home parents on routines and developmental milestones
• Encourage independence, curiosity, and early learning through play
Experience & Qualifications
• 21+ years old
• Minimum 5+ years of professional infant care experience
• Strong background working with newborns through toddler stages
• Deep understanding of infant development, sleep routines, and feeding schedules
• Experience with age-appropriate educational activities and early childhood development
• CPR & First Aid certification (infant-specific preferred)
• Experience working in private homes; daycare experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a home with pets (3 friendly cats)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Experience with children with diverse needs is a plus
