Key Qualifications: • Active Utah Special Education Teacher licensure required • Experience delivering individualized instruction to students with diverse needs • Proficient with remote teaching platforms and digital learning tools • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting Responsibilities: • Provide tailored, high-quality instruction to a single special education student weekly • Collaborate with families to assess progress and adapt strategies for student success • Prepare and document lesson plans based on student-specific IEP goals • Utilize engaging online resources to enhance the student’s learning experience • Maintain clear and timely communication regarding student progress and session outcomes Position Details: • Contract runs from July 6 to October 16, with weekly sessions from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. (choose Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) • Commitment of 1 hour per week, fully remote • Assignment with one designated student and school • No supervision required; you’ll work independently as the sole provider • Panel or casual interviews will be scheduled at mutually convenient times If you are committed to delivering impactful, student-focused instruction in a flexible, remote setting, and hold the necessary Utah licensure, we encourage you to apply today.
