Responsibilities
- Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust
Skills
- 0-5 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with standards
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in brokerage processing preferred
