Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions, including clinical, administrative, and allied health roles. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract passive and active healthcare professionals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for healthcare environments. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding their staffing needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding support. Stay current with healthcare industry trends, licensing requirements, and regulatory changes impacting recruitment. Utilize various sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media, to build a robust candidate pipeline. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and market insights within the healthcare vertical. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in the healthcare sector. Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse healthcare roles (e.g., RNs, LPNs, Therapists, Medical Assistants, Healthcare Managers). Understanding of healthcare terminology, certifications, and licensing requirements. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting.
