You will act as a trusted advisor—guiding athletes and their families through college recruitment, NIL opportunities, and long-term career development. This is a • *high-performance, entrepreneurial role** designed for individuals who want to build a career (and income) in the sports industry. • *Key Responsibilities • *Athlete Recruitment & Development • Identify and recruit high-potential athletes globally • Build and manage a pipeline of athlete clients • Guide athletes through the college recruiting process (NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA pathways) • Assist athletes with eligibility, admissions, and scholarship positioning • *Client Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for athletes and families • Provide ongoing advisory on career development and opportunities • Maintain strong relationships and deliver a premium client experience • *NIL & Commercial Opportunities • Identify and facilitate Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) opportunities • Support negotiation and execution of sponsorship and endorsement deals • Collaborate with ASM’s internal team on deal structuring and brand partnerships • *Sales & Revenue Generation • Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed clients • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → consultation → closing • Achieve monthly revenue targets and performance KPIs • *Collaboration • Work closely with ASM’s global team, including recruiting specialists and management • Utilize ASM platforms and CRM systems to manage leads and clients • Participate in ongoing training and development programs • *Requirements • Strong interest in sports, athlete development, or sports business • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Sales-driven mindset with a competitive edge • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • *Preferred Qualifications • Experience in sports recruiting, coaching, or athlete representation • Background in sales, business development, or client management • Existing network within sports (athletes, coaches, clubs, academies) • *What We Offer • Access to ASM’s global athlete network and lead pipeline • Industry-leading commission structure • Training and mentorship from experienced professionals • Access to proprietary technology and tools (CRM, athlete platform) • Opportunity to build a long-term career in sports representation • *Why Join ASM Sports This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to build your own business within a global sports agency.
