Marketing Intern (Summer 2026) Remote or Hybrid (Long Beach, CA preferred) Part-time | Flexible hours • Possibility for employment based on performance. About CSPathway: CSPathway is a growing platform revolutionizing the way youth soccer athletes connect with college programs. We provide tools, databases, and insights that help families, clubs, and players navigate the recruiting process — smarter and more strategically. With a network of college coaches and a pulse on the youth soccer landscape, we’re helping shape the future of recruiting. What You’ll Do: As our Marketing Intern, you’ll play a key role in amplifying our brand this summer. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and excited to build marketing momentum from the ground up. Responsibilities include: • Assist with building and executing our social media content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) • Create graphics, reels, and short videos to promote our product and community • Help build out email templates and marketing materials for clubs, players, and parents • Support brand messaging and copywriting for our site, social posts, and outreach • Research relevant trends in youth sports and college recruiting • Track analytics and performance for marketing campaigns Work Environment & Schedule: This internship is fully remote. There will be weekly video meetings, but project based work you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule and work independently, making this ideal for students balancing other summer commitments. That said, you’ll be expected to: • Be responsive and available for projects as they arise — typically a few hours each week. • Communicate proactively with the team around deadlines and updates. • Join brief check-in meetings (virtual) to align on goals and deliverables. We value self-starters who can manage their time while staying plugged into a small, dynamic team.
