Job Description: Role Summary:     The Sr. Analyst, Analytics & Data Products will report to OneOncology’s Director of Analytics & Data Products. This role will support Clinical Data Enablement and AI initiatives, with a focus on the creation and use of real-world data, precision medicine, and clinical research data assets. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate with analytics team members to understand data needs and partner closely with data and software engineering teams to develop scalable data products and consumption frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and actionable insights to strategic partners.    Responsibilities:     Support the development and scaling of OneOncology’s clinical data assets to support evidence generation, real world data, and precision medicine services  Play a leading role in scaling the use of AI to support clinical data capture and structuring, including supporting model inputs, feature development, and validation analytics  Partner with data engineering and software engineering teams to define data models, consumption layers, and analytics requirements  Enable downstream users to effectively utilize clinical data through the development of dashboards, data products, and AI-enabled self-service analytics capabilities  Additional responsibilities as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.  Required or Preferred Qualifications (specify within):    Proficiency in SQL   Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry  Familiarity with data modeling concepts  Familiarity with AI tools and technologies a plus  Familiarity with EHR and clinical data a plus  Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools a plus  An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions      Essential Competencies:  Bachelor’s degree  1-5 years relevant work experience; experience working for a life sciences company, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, consulting firm or other relevant organization  Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space  Attendance is an essential job function.  This job description does not contain a full listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of this role.
