Description:
• Provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team.
• Evangelize, position, and architect Rubrik’s Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools for new and existing customers in the Western Region.
• Lead technical sales calls, customer demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Generate pipeline alongside account executives and support day-to-day account-level activities.
• Qualify sales opportunities by evaluating technical requirements, competition, decision-making process, and funding.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor and public cloud subject matter expert for key accounts.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and identify trends to inform sales strategy.
• Maintain regular alignment with product management on roadmap priorities and customer demands.
• Assist in developing marketing and sales collateral to ensure technical accuracy and customer relevance.
• Deliver technical enablement to Rubrik, channel, and alliance partner sales architects.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales engineering experience in an unstructured data environment with a proven track record of success.
• Experience with M365, Google Workspace, Dynamics, Jira, and other SaaS applications preferred.
• Fundamental technical knowledge of cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
• Strong business acumen and experience working with CxO-level stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple calls and demos per day and immediate follow-up.
• Highly energetic, hands-on, and self-driven with a strong "can do" attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and resourceful, results-oriented approach.

Benefits:
• Base salary range of $129,100 to $206,300 USD.
• Eligibility to earn commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
