Sr Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Healthcare Domain/Industry) We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring 510 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in healthcare and Medicare-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
Support the adoption of Agile in new teams or organizations by tailoring practices to team maturity levels
Required Qualifications:
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required; certifications as Agile Coach, Product Owner, or SAFe are a strong plus
810 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
Strong familiarity with work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
Demonstrated success implementing Agile methodologies in organizations new to Agile practices
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, including the ability to lead without formal authority
