Our focus is on creating seamless, impactful products that truly benefit our users while supporting growth and collaboration across teams. We foster a culture that values innovation, teamwork, and a balance between career growth and personal well-being.
What is this role about?
We're seeking a Senior TA Specialist to lead recruitment efforts for our Digital Enterprise Services (technology) division. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine data-driven recruiting, AI-powered technology, and business partnership to build exceptional engineering and tech teams that drive real innovation.
You'll be the strategic talent partner that business leaders trust—not just to fill roles, but to elevate hiring decisions, illuminate market trends, and build talent pipelines that give us a competitive edge.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
Strategy Development & Business Partnership
Partner deeply with business and functional leaders to understand strategy, growth plans, and critical hiring needs—then translate that into recruitment strategies that attract world-class tech talent
Adapt and position our employer value proposition for specific business units, building diverse talent pipelines proactively
Provide business leaders with strategic insights that sharpen hiring decisions and strengthen our talent positioning
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle—from requirements gathering and EVP customization through candidate selection and offer management
Use AI-powered sourcing, candidate matching, and screening tools to build high-quality pipelines efficiently and move at speed
Manage interview strategy and facilitate data-driven candidate decisions with hiring managers
Candidate Experience & Engagement
Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience that reflects our employer brand and values
Leverage AI-powered scheduling, communication, and engagement tools to keep candidates informed and engaged
Focus your personal time on the moments that matter most—interviews, offers, and decision points—building relationships that last
Technology Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Champion AI and emerging recruiting technologies to drive efficiency, speed, and quality across our recruitment process
Master our ATS, candidate funnel management, and specialized recruiting tools—using them to their full capability
Analyze recruiting data and metrics to continuously optimize strategy and outcomes
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build trusted, strategic relationships across business units and regions
Partner with global TA teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution
Engage with business leaders at strategy sessions, product launches, and team-building events
Act as a consultative talent advisor, not just a requisition processor
What We're Looking For
6+ years of talent acquisition experience, recruiting across a diverse range of roles and functions
3+ years of recruiting for software development and engineering roles
Proven track record of recruitment success in a corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans
Expert-level knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence
A consultative mindset—you influence hiring decisions, advise leaders on talent strategy, and thrive in complex stakeholder environments
Advanced proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms
Strong experience with sourcing tools and modern search technologies
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Nice-to-Have
Experience or subject expertise in the talent ecosystem (onboarding, performance management, employee development)
Demonstrated expertise with recruiting analytics and data-driven decision making
