What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals and operational processes
• Identify and define digital capabilities and solutions to enhance business value
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate stakeholder needs
• Manage the digital product roadmap, including writing user stories and prioritizing backlogs
• Facilitate end-user adoption and provide ongoing support for digital solutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in supply chain preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of business experience, including at least 2 years in Supply Chain, Finance, or IT
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product development
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL
• Knowledge of Supply Chain operational processes (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics)
• Scrum Alliance certification (e.g., Product Owner, Developer, ScrumMaster)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure stack
• Experience in large, cross-functional projects within a global organization
