In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Analyze financial data and identify variances, trends, and discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Support special projects and initiatives within the Finance department as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience working with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Valid driver's license
