- Mentor and collaborate: Coach stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and used to guide strategic choices.

Your Skills
- Business & communication: Strong business acumen with excellent data storytelling skills — making complex insights actionable.
- Analytics & programming: Advanced SQL expertise and statistical programming (Python, R, etc.), including predictive analytics and causal inference.
- Reporting and Data modelling: Hands-on with BI tools (Superset, Looker, Tableau, …), data modelling (dbt preferred), and ELT/ETL processes (Airflow).
- Leadership & impact: Proven track record of delivering impact at scale and mentoring others to elevate analytics maturity.
